Sign to post on front door or outside your house (Caucus site) the day of Caucus (March 23, 2010). You may want to add directions ie. Walk in, Use side door, Enter around back, etc.
This is an agenda for each attendee printed 2 per page.
Attendance Have everyone fill out the roll. This is to be sent back to your County Chairman.
Information Form Have everyone fill one out so they can volunteer to help. You will need one of these forms for each person elected to a precinct, delegate or committee position. Have extra pencils.
Duties We are calling this sheet the "blue sheet" so print it on blue paper if you have it. When you ask someone to be a precinct officer or delegate, the first question they will ask is "what do I do? This will explain! (Have one for each attendee)
